Electronics development:Since I have started working at Nano Loa, one year has passed. Every work is quite new and exciting for me. Everything here inspires me.
At the beginning, this style of work made me a little bit confused. However, now I like to think everything by myself. This work makes me comfortable.
Working with colleagues provides me wide variety of knowledge, resulting in widening of my knowledge.
Although sometimes I feel pressure to meet with the prototype completion, I am happy with enthusiastic work here.
Process development leader:I joined Nano Loa this year, after worked for a large LCD mfg company over 22 years.
The reason why I moved to Nano Loa is that Nano Loa is aiming at introducing brand new LCD technology to the world. Since I felt Japan needs to offer its original LCD technology to the World.
Although I thought the Nano Loa activity was very attractive, I struggled a lot before I moved to Nano Loa. Some one said to me that why you joined such a small business from a large firm. Now I convince that my decision is right one.
